No one, not a soul suspected or conceived that while the OCCUPY Movement kept the nation distracted with city-by-city occupations, in fact they were constructing a gargantuan dam and communications complex in the Western U.S.; part of a sprawling bunker city which would soon be capable of generating and controlling electrical power and water supply for several states.
